  • Tons of  logs being collected, but unable to analyze and make meaningful information or report out of it.
    Technical experts need to be trained on the tool and analysis and how to configure and fine-tune it.
    Performance degradation andneeded to improve the log analysis capacity.
    Different logs from different systems were not unified and lying in their own silos

  • Implemented splunk tool and implemented the systems and processes around it.
    Train the technical and the other team members to use the tool and fine-tune and enhanced the performance.
