  • During the Project, it was observed that the Organization doesn’t having those mandatory documents which are enough for complaining with the ISO 50001:2018 (Energy management system) standards---Also its been observed that there is a Limited monitoring of fuel usage at remote oilfield locations
  • Besides Poor awareness among employees regarding energy efficiency also was found as a drawback for the Entity.
  • Increasing operational costs and pressure to demonstrate sustainability performance
  • Limited internal resources to conduct a comprehensive system review while maintaining day-to-day operations
  • Strengthening employee awareness and ownership of the management system

  • We helped them to redefine their Documentation structure and to maintain a good monitoring & review methodologies through continuous assessments & proactive approach. 
  • Aligned with oilfield operations, including: Energy Management System Manual, Energy Policy approved by Top Management, Energy Review Procedure, SEU Identification & Evaluation Procedure, Operational Control Procedures for energy-intensive equipment, Monitoring & Measurement Procedure, Calibration & metering control, Corrective Action & Continual Improvement procedure
  • Delivered targeted IMS awareness sessions for management and operational teams, Conducted specialized training on Risk-based thinking, Incident reporting and corrective actions, Emergency preparedness and environmental controls.
  • Prepared teams for the external recertification audit, Supported audit logistics, scope definition, and evidence preparation.
📈 Results:
  • The Organization Successfully achieved ISO 50001:2018 certification with no non-conformities in the Stage 2 Audit. And also they have improved visibility and control over fuel and electricity consumption, Enhanced compliance with sustainability and client requirements and --Improved energy awareness across oilfield operations-
