- To address the challenges associated with the recent implementation and low maturity of the BCMS, We suggested a structured,phased,and practical approach aligned with ISO 22301:2019 requirements.
- We reassessed critical business processes, dependencies, and disruption scenarios relevant to elevator parts manufacturing and installation. Recovery time objectives (RTOs) were validated against actual operational needs, and risks related to supply chain interruptions, equipment failure, manpower availability and site constraints were re-evaluated to ensure continuity strategies remained practical and effective.
- Existing business continuity plans, procedures, and records were refined to improve clarity, usability, and audit readiness.
