  • Developed and updated ADOSH-aligned HSE Policy, Risk Assessments, Safe work method statements (SWMS),and Permit-to-work procedures
  • Engaged an Independent ADOSH-approved external auditor to conduct a full compliance audit against the ADOSH System Framework (SF) and applicable Codes of practices (COPs)
  • Conducted ADOSH Awareness training for all employees, incorporating findings from the external audit
  • Reviewed and strengthened emergency response plans based on external audit recommendations. Conducted emergency drills, workplace inspections, and HSE performance monitoring.
